Cylinder forced with a crowbar around 2 a.m. On-site in 45 minutes, Kaba A2P BP3 cylinder replaced, anti-pinch bar fitted, photo report sent to LALUX the next day.
Case 02Glazing
Schüco bay shattered — Kirchberg
External glazing pulverised by a storm. OSB panel screwed in place that same evening, measurements taken, custom laminated glass ordered, final install within ten days.
Case 03Retail
Rolling gate stuck — shop near the station
Slat jammed at 6 p.m. on a Friday, impossible to close. On site in 55 minutes, manual release, spring replaced on the spot, gate locked down before 7:30 p.m.

A surcharge applies outside standard working hours, in line with ITM practice. The exact amount is communicated during the WhatsApp diagnosis, before any travel — no surprise invoice.

Securing restores an immediate physical barrier (OSB panel, temporary cylinder, standard laminated glass). Permanent repair happens afterwards, with original parts ordered to the correct specifications.

Yes for any urgent securing (break-in, broken glass, immediate risk): your home insurance generally covers it. Notify the owner in parallel — we provide written documentation.
