Why choose a multi-brand repair over an official dealer?
An official dealer sells its brand first. We hold no manufacturer contract: our interest is that your installation lasts, not that it gets replaced. Same approach for a Hörmann spring, a Somfy motor or a Kaba lock.

Which brands do you NOT handle in Luxembourg?
Very few: very specific heavy-duty industrial rolling shutters and custom bank-grade armoured doors. For all residential and most commercial, we cover it. When in doubt, send a WhatsApp photo.

We source parts from multiple European wholesalers (Germany, Belgium, Italy, Austria). Even on 1990s joinery or an absorbed brand, a compatible technical equivalent usually remains.
04What is the lead time for a non-stocked part?
What is the lead time for a non-stocked part?
Most parts (hardware, rollers, boards) are available quickly; custom insulating glazing or a sectional panel takes longer. We share the supplier lead time as soon as the quote is validated.

Do you work on local Luxembourgish installations?
Yes. We service installations placed by joiners and fitters across the Grand Duchy, including when the original company has closed. Being based in Sandweiler, we cover the whole country.

How can you be technically credible on all brands?
Closures rely on a limited number of platforms (Somfy io/RTS, Winkhaus activPilot, Roto NT, GU hardware). Manuel and Luis have seen most of them. For the rest: manufacturer documentation + workshop test bench.
Fermé-Lux transparency — no manufacturer affiliation, no manufacturer sales target, no commission on full replacements. Manuel Soares Silva and Luis Silva have been operating from Sandweiler since 2007.
