Yes. An initial audit visit validates the overall condition. If the equipment is truly end of life, we say so frankly — a maintenance contract is not meant to artificially keep worn-out hardware on life support. In that case, we recommend replacement rather than a contract.
Maintenance is preventive and scheduled: we come on a fixed date, the equipment is working, we service it. Service repair is curative: the equipment has failed, we intervene to fix it. A maintenance contract includes priority service between visits, but repair interventions are still invoiced (with preferential parts pricing).
You are prioritised on our service schedule. Wear parts (remote batteries, seals, standard straps) are included in the Pro plan. For technical parts (spring, motor, electronic board), you get preferential pricing and the quote is issued within 24 working hours.
Contracts run for 12 renewable months. You can cancel at the annual term with 30 days' notice. No penalty, no hidden clause. Any visit already performed that year remains yours.
Yes, this is in fact the most common configuration. We set up a multi-site framework contract with consolidated quote, coordinated visit calendar, a single point of contact and a global annual report for the AGM. Interventions are planned by geographic zone to minimise travel.
Yes. We service Hörmann, Somfy, Nice, Came, BFT, FAAC, Novoferm, Bubendorff, Simu and others. The contract is not tied to a brand: we maintain the installed equipment whatever its origin. That's one of the strengths of multi-brand service.
